1. Service Agreement

By requesting a repair service from Veerkrupa Electronics, you agree to these terms. We strive to provide the highest quality repair services for your appliances (TVs, ACs, Washing Machines, Refrigerators).

2. Diagnostics & Pricing

A standard checking/diagnostic charge applies to all visits, which will be communicated prior to the visit. The final cost of repair will be estimated after a thorough diagnosis of the appliance. No hidden charges will be applied without customer approval.

3. Warranty & Disclaimers

We offer standard repair warranties on the specific components we replace or repair (typically 30-90 days, varying by part). This warranty does NOT cover other unrelated issues that may arise in the appliance later. New parts carry their respective manufacturer warranties.

4. Repair Limitations

While our technicians are highly skilled, some appliances may be deemed irreparable due to age, lack of spare parts, or extreme damage. In such cases, only the diagnostic fee applies.
